Shipping Policy

HOPOPRO Shipping Policy  

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (except weekends and holidays) after placing an order. HOPOPRO tracks every order and let you know it when your order has shipped.  

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Standard shipping takes 3-4 working days in the continental US.

Express shipping takes 1-2 working days in the continental US.

 

International Shipping

Please note: Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the US.

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

 

If you haven't received your order after promised shipping days, please don’t worry and feel free to contact us at customerservice@hopopro.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it and help you.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if you provide proof of purchase along with the unused item in its original packaging. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@hopopro.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
