LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HOPOPRO PRODUCTS

 

HOPOPRO products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Offering our customers the products with highest quality at all times is an elementary component of the HOPOPRO corporate philosophy.

For this reason, HOPOPRO offers our customers 1-year warranty for every HOPOPRO product. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us for any problems or any help you needed even after 1-year warranty, as customers’ satisfactory is HOPOPRO’s ultimate goal.

HOPOPRO also provides warranty extension service from 1-year to 3-year, please feel free to contact us for the warranty extension by customerservice@hopopro.com.

 

Because HOPOPRO cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from HOPOPRO or a HOPOPRO authorized seller. HOPOPRO reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to be defective within the warranty period and covered by this warranty shall be, at HOPOPRO’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the defective goods. HOPOPRO reserves the right to refund the purchase price of such a product in the event HOPOPRO is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.

 

Purchasers of HOPOPRO products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should contact HOPOPRO; purchasers can contact HOPOPRO’s customer service team by e-mail customerservice@hopopro.com. When making a warranty claim, you will be required to provide a copy of your proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product, along with, as applicable, your order number, and a description of the issue with your HOPOPRO product. HOPOPRO reserves the right to require that you mail your product to HOPOPRO for further review of the product’s defect.

 

THE ABOVE WARRANTIES CONTAIN THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY HOPOPRO AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTIES ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO BUYER. BUYER AGREES THAT HOPOPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER THE THEORY BE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
