We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase, you can request a full refund. Please note that we may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, before processing your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Return Policy

 

We accept returns on products purchased through our website within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@hopopro.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that we may require proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, before authorizing a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order for the product you would like.

 

Exceptions
